1. Service definition

Synapsis is an educational and analytical platform (charts, data, the Sensei AI assistant, market overviews). We are not a securities dealer, investment intermediary, or investment adviser. The service is not used to place live market orders.

2. Contract formation

The contract is formed when you register an account (email and password or OAuth) and/or order a paid plan. Before completing registration and a purchase of digital content you must expressly accept these terms and — for digital performance — consent to performance beginning before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

3. Risk and no investment advice

Important notice

  • Trading financial instruments involves a risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • AI output, charts, and commentary are informational and educational.
  • You may lose part or all of your capital.
  • Do not invest funds whose loss you cannot afford.
  • Synapsis is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or bank.

4. Third-party data and AI

Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Output from third-party AI models may contain inaccuracies. We are not liable for losses from relying on that data or on automatically generated content. You decide solely at your own responsibility.

5. Subscriptions

  • Plan prices are listed on the Pricing page; fees are paid in advance.
  • You may cancel in account settings; access continues until the end of the prepaid period.
  • Digital content starts being provided immediately after your express consent to begin performance.
